Returns Policy for Embroidery

Sample garments may be ordered for you to determine the quality and sizing of the items you are ordering. The return policy for sample orders may vary and will be discussed when your sample order is placed.  Once a garment is embroidered there are no returns.

Returns Policy for School Uniforms

Uniform purchases with tags still on the garment may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase. Any item that is personalized with a name is not returnable.

Shipping

A shipping and handling charge will be added to your invoice based on the weight, package dimensions and destination of your items.
